Chambishi CuSEP Project Rare recently supplied a complete fluid conveyance solution to the Chambishi Copper Solvent Extraction Plant (CuSEP) Project at Chambishi Metals PLC in Zambia in only 105 days.

Rare's scope of works entailed the supply, fabrication and erection of HDPE piping and the included steel supports and although no new technologies were used for the project, fabrication of the HDPE piping was done using heated tool butt fusion and socket fusion.
