Rare Plastics’ social investment pays off to the last drop

Rare Plastics' social investment pays off to the last dropRare Plastics has continued it’s sponsorship for the maintenance of a Playpump at the Makgatlhanong Primary School, situated at Makapanstad in the Moretele disctrict, north of Pretoria.

As kids play and spin, clean water is pulled up from underground into the 2 500-litre storage tank, standing seven metres above the ground. A simple turn of the tap pours the water out, and excessive water is diverted from the storage tank back down into the borehole.

A maintenance trip took place earlier this month and only minor work had to be done on the tap.
